My fiance went to view an apartment at Wesley Providence and the lady in the leasing office was too busy to help him. She told him some general info but tended to the other tenants. He went back the 2nd day and the manager showed him around, chatted a bit, and gave him an application. He filled out the application and the manager said he would be contacted with a week. A week passed and he didn't receive a call or an email. He called back and the lady who answered the phone said his application was on hold because he didn't pay the $75 app fee nor did he pay the $200 fee to hold the apartment! Not once was he told about either fee. She said she would have the manager (the same one who showed him around) call him back in 15 mins! Today is day three and he has not heard from anyone. Needless to say this company has left a horrible first impression and we will not be doing business with them!

The Wesley Providence is not the place too live the break in rate is so high it has tilt the scale. Thats the main reason why they have an high turn over rate as tennant.
