Slow to respond to service and maintenance requests. Sometimes they do not respond at all. There are three sister communities in Lithonia and they cannot keep enough staff in the leasing office to take care of their current residents and their needs, as they are too busy trying to lease up their new communities. There have been several automobile break ins and I have always felt there is hardly enough open space for recreation. There is no playground for the kids and no open grass area for them to play. Cellular service is really bad in the complex. Everyone has to stand in the street or hang their head over the balcony to talk on a cellphone. In the last six months I have been extremely disappointed with the service and management. They can be rude and totally unresponsive to their residents even those who pay on time every month.
