I am a resident of Wesley Stonecrest, and I cant tell you how happy I am that I only signed a 6 month lease. The staff in the office (which has turned over twice in 3months) are extreamly rude, unprofessional and unavailable. I have been in my apartment since May and I have requested a copy of my lease on three different occasions and I still have not recieved it. Apparently there was some type of thief occuring with the rental payment drop box and instead of them making other accomadations for the residents to be pay their rents after hours they decided to close the drop box altogether and hang a sign stating "pay during normal business hours." When I explained that I leave for work as 6:30 am and usually make it home by 6:30 pm. I was told by the leasing agent "too bad; you need to pay during normal business hours or be charged a late fee or face eviction it's up to you.' I was told this as she was leaving and standing outside the office door. She refused to take my check, stating that "Im on my way home and off from work." This is just the last incident,there have been several others. Wesley Stonecrest does not value there residents (customers).
