PLEASE ....STOP AND READ THIS MESSAGE BEFORE YOU RENT!!! DO NOT RENT FROM ANY WESLEY APARTMENTS. THEY ARE NICE TO YOU WHEN THEY WANT YOU TO SIGN THE LEASE AND THEY GET THEIR COMMISSION,AFTERWARDS IT'S ALL A LIE. THEY ADVERTISE FREE INTERNET SERVICE IT'S A LIE, THEY CLAIM TO HAVE THE BEST PROPERTY MANAGERS THEY SUCK... AND THE APARTMENTS ARE FALLING APART. I HAVE A FEW MORE MONTHS LEFT ON MY LEASE AND I AM OUT OF THERE. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND TIME. THERE ARE WAY BETTER COMMUNITIES TO RENT FROM TRY THEM..OR JUST BUY A FORECLOSURE...IT ADDS UP TO BE THE SAME AFTER A WHILE. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM WESLEY APARTMENT HOMES ESPECIALLY WESLEY STONECREST.

I lived there for a year in 04-05, I didn't have a problem with them, not to say that what your saying is not true, they were a year old at that time and I really didn't have a problem with them. Where you don't want to stay is in Stockbridge, in The Winnstead!!!! Like you I am so gone at the end of my lease, your story sounds like my story at this ghetto inn that I reside. When I lived at Wesley Stonecrest it was nice, I'm sorry you don't mirror my comment. Good luck with the finding the appropiate place. Merry Christmas

Well, the management team was probably different back then. I'm glad you had a good experience. These people make me want to pull my hair out and scream. I mean the whole affiliation from the big president to the maintenance crew they all suck ASS!!!!

Hm, sorry you had a bad experience. Im out looking for an apartment after a unfortunate experience/messup with my last apartment. I know I cant expect much because my credit isnt good cause of an eviction. But... Is there a rent requirement on Wesley/Stonecrest? Like 3x the rent?

What seems so comical about most of these reviews is that the people that write these seem more like HATERS and APARTMENT COMPETITORS!!! What's wrong folks? Economy treating you bad,no money in the bank, ----ed up ass job, piece a ---- car, no friends, ugly looking, dumb ass loser in life that cant think of any thing better to do ? you should know that these comments are vengeful and stupid and come from ONE BAD APPLE that spoils tha bunch!! LET IT GO PEOPLE! MOVE IF YOU HATE IT BUT QUIT YO HOLLERING!!! ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE ALL WORK IN IT EVERYDAY:)

FIRST OFF LET ME SAY THAT I put a deposit down to hold an apartment, the day after i hear of apts getting broken into the same day, when i request to cancel everything and get my deposit back, they tell me that its non refundable. JUST 24HOURS AFTER I GIVE THEM THE MONEY ORDER, SO NOW IM STUCK HERE. ANYWAY, I have lived here for close to a year now and since I moved in, the vibe was ok the entire time until recently. Someone broke into my apartment soon after I left for work, with my wife still inside. Granted it wasn??t Wesley who kicked in the door, they still could have done something to help my wife feel comfortable when she shes home by herself. When I go to the front office and ask what can be done, I was told that I can move to a different apartment and pay more, or stay where I am and be reminded of how low the security is here. THEN when I asked what DAY my lease is up, she tells me that what we signed when we moved in is not was not the same as what was told to us. So now I have an extra 2 months on our 1 year lease that we didn??t know about. THIS IS THE SAD PART, THE REASON WE WERE EXTENDED 2 EXTRA MONTHS IS BECAUSE THE COMPANY CAN ONLY ALLOW A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF RESIDENTS OUT OF THERE LEASE IN 1 MONTH, or my other option is to pay an extra month of rent just to move out. I emailed corporate plenty of times, after that emailed and called Euramex, who owns the Wesley apt homes and still nothing. So now I have a broken door with locks that I cant fully lock, walls so thin I can hear every time my neighbor sneezes, and to top that off, the walkway outside our apartment hasn??t been cleaned, brushed, pressure washed since we moved in. The complex looks good when you drive up, but don??t expect much service after you sign on the dotted line. I??m usually one to keep my opinions to myself, but this is just ridiculous. I??m pretty sure if I went up to the front and said, "hi, I just broke into 4 homes today" they wouldn??t have any issue of kicking me out and cutting my lease, but when I become the victim, they don??t have a damn thing for me. DONT MOVE INTO WESLEY STONECREST, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Reading the reviews it looks as if they have been taken to court plenty of times. SO OBVIOUSLY IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS BEEN TREATED LIKE SH--.
