So me and my brother decided to move with this complex. NEVER AGAIN. We moved in and out this apartment within 3 weeks! We have a list of problems that is more than 1o inquiries. Its terrible service. Tiffany has this ( Im better than you attitude). Alisa will not let you finish a sentence, and likes to throw information out there without checking facts. Its really ridiculous how they treated us, and we had to seek legal action IMMEDIATELY!! they refused to give us our money back, regardless we are moving within 30 days
2. Bugs galore!!!! the bug man never came, and spiders walked with us like they was tenants.
3. Broken windows= possible security hazard... took 2 weeks to fix and we was on the ground floor.
4. We been there 3 weeks and our mailbox is still broken!
5. We specifically told tiffany to fix our internet, it is imperative we have internet, because its guranteed in the contract. SO WE DEF DIDNT HAVE A WORKING INTERNET AND HAD TO TRAVEL JUST TO CHECK EMAIL... (seriously'''''')
6. We didnt have heat the first day we moved in! Freezing much' indeed we were!
Its much much much more to continue, but i will wrap it up for now
But if you think about moving here, please read my comments and be aware!!!!
I rate this apartment like negative 10 stars!
Never again.

I live at Wesley Stonecrest and I have been here for almost 3 years and i dont think its that bad, however I do agree with you about Tiffany's attitude but I think Alisa's is worse..she acts like she knows it all and like she's working at the Waldorf of something. The office staff could def be more professional and competent in their roles as property manager and residential staff!!!!!!
