This is the nicest place in Mableton to live. Everything is brand new, no roaches, and very quiet place. The office staff is so kind and really make you feel at home, and they make you are happy. I would recommend Sierra Forest to everyone!!!

Yes I just moved in to, the office folks is nice, good apartments, real quiet, sometime during the day you hear the noise from all the workers fixing up the rest of the apartments, but it is a nice place, if you need a good place to stay, this is a good one

I think it's funny to see all these nice reviews for this complex, you can hide the crap, but it's not really gone! MOLD, MOLD, MOLD! Most of the apartments had mold before being covered up with paint. Roaches will always be there. Lets not forget the rats that they had and it made it to the news and newspapers. When I lived there, there were two murders, 2 or 3 fires, drugs, prositution, and other stuff. I've see it all there. It's nice to know that finally they found owners that put some money back into the complex, but as you all know now, it never lasts. To the tenants that are still there.. wonder why there wasn't a lot of tenants there seeing that it's a big complex with over 200 units? Because there are two many problems and not enough money to hide the damage. Everyone knows, this complex is a getto.
