I agree with the person who wrote the review slamming the FORMER management @ Sweetwater Cove....

These apartments are undergoing a MAJOR renovation and the management company and staff are all new people...Very competent and knowledgable...also very prompt when dealing with maintenance issues....

I would recommend this complex to anyone with children they have a very nice playground and pool...
