Pretty great, downsides aren't horrible - Don't be scared away by the older reviews. I have a feeling things have changed since they wrote (I just moved in a few weeks ago). For one, the new manager is unbelievably good. He is very friendly, helpful and an all-around good guy. The maintenance guys are pretty quick to take care of stuff for you, as well as friendly. Check It Out Just moved in in January, love the apartment. It is total electric and power bill only $62. The rent includes that water and everything is new construction. The office people was nice, and they have security at night. It is very quiet. Not like the place I moved from.

Great Place to Live!!!! This is the nicest place in Mableton to live. Everything is brand new, no roaches, and very quiet place. The office staff is so kind and really make you feel at home, and they make you are happy. I would recommend Sierra Forest to everyone!!!
