These are fairly new apartments but I'm on the ground floor and the guy above me walks around at 2-3AM and it sounds like an elephant. I'm thinking that the construction quality may not be the best.
I had no qualms about the office staff. They all seemed pleasant and helpful to me. Again, my only concern was noise levels, particularly after 10PM. They did pass out a notice recently reminding people about being quiet after 10PM but I imagine to some people it doesn't have any effect.
I've been holding back about complaining but may have to do that soon. I needed a ground floor unit as I'm older and climbing stairs is a bit difficult. The building actually has four levels. Fron the parking lot, the ground floor is actually the 2nd level since you can go down one flight of stairs to get to the lowest level.
