I moved here a few months ago from the Estates at Barrington Club in order to get a little closer to work. Biggest mistake I've ever made. The quality of resident here is substandard, it seems as though Management is renting to EVERYONE who comes in whether they qualify or not. I wonder if they even do background and credit checks like they claim. The staff has changed twice in the short amount of time I've been here. Now the property has went bankrupt (this is not a rumor, it is a matter of public record). The apartments were thrown up with poor workmanship. I can not wait for my lease to expire so that I can move. I will be returning to the Estates at Barrington Club. I lived there for 3 years before moving to Ansley and they have the same staff there today as they did when I leased 3 1/2 years ago. The property is a little older but it is well maintained and the staff really cares. The residents are very polite and courteous. I'm not saying it's perfect but it's 100 times better than this place.

Please note that I am not delinquent on my rent, I have not been sent a lease violation, I am not a resident trying to "get even". I am simply and unhappy consumber who feels that I deserve a better place to live. Please heed my warning. What ever specials they are running aren't worth the trouble.

This person is correct, this place is turned into a cesspool of people that dont care about anything. it was a great place when we moved in almost a year ago but i watched a guy walk around with his bare ass showing at the pool today and i have witnessed a birage of foreigners who will not speak just take over this place. I hate this place and i am ready to go. The buildings are built like crap. Make sure they take you to the apartment you will rent, the one they have made up to show is a far cry from anything else. The only great things here is the maintenance guy really cares and i like that!
