I liked my apartment until they went up on the water bill.

They are charging 20 dollars in water, 13 dollars in sewer, 5 dollars for trash, and a 5 dollar service fee.

That is fourty three dollars for a 1 bedroom.

They claim it is charged by usage but I don't think so.

i wish I would known I would have moved to a more expensive complex and paid a 15 dollar water bill.

I will be moving at the end of my lease if it does not change.

the rent is way too high for what you get out of it and this person is correct on the outrageous other fees.
