my wife and i moved into this apartment complex because it was new, in a safe place and they told us they didnt let trouble or people in who couldnt pay the rent. they started giving away 3 months if you moved in and every person came running who wanted to live somewhere like here. i dont care who or what someone is and we have some good neighbors but this place has filled up with white trash and college aged LOUD kids. we were assured that wouldnt happen. THis new management team is all about money because half of these people walk cause they dont have cars or they have junk. I hate it here now. It is as bad as all the other apartments in Macon, GA. the workmanship is terrible, you hear everything and if someone is above you it sounds like a herd of cattle walking. they say the have nice facilities for gym workouts, that is a lie. they have 4 machines and 500 tenants trying to use them. unless you have too, i wouldnt move near this place, its management is a joke and they are loading this place up with trouble!! there is no parking available now. they have only one parking place per apartment in front of the apartments and that means if you have two cars, you dont know where you will end up. I hate this place!

1000% agree with the above person. The apartment community is a piece of ---- and the manager of the property needs to be fired!!!
