Allows his residents to do drugs? This sounds like someone with a personal grudge and they should be very careful with what they say because they could be sued for slander and defamation of character.

As a current resident of the Arbors, I see no truth behind this statement. I have never had any type of problem with the management or with the complex itself.

I suspect that someone was not approved to rent an apartment. I can't imagine that if this were true that this would be the forum the individual would choose to voice this. I have lived at the Arbors for two years and have found that the management here is professional, friendly, helpful, and obviously not afraid of getting their hands dirty. I have seen management working as hard as any laborer they contract. He paints, fixes garbage disposals, and lays tile. We like our neighborhood and keeping you out was probably just another reason why.
