I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Very bad maint. crew. I lived there for a year and couldn't wait to get out. My roof leaked every time it rained. Very bad problem with roaches. Drugs on property. This had to be the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.

If "Anonymous" truly felt that the maintenance staff and the condition of the apartments themselves were so bad, why did they stay? The property is not a mandated program. Those roaches weren't a result of less that average housekeeping by the tenants were they? I wonder why your name wasn't second nature to the staff if you had been reporting all these discrepancies for repair and/or correction. Maybe your memory returned after the eviction? If you spent an entire year here- there must have been something holding you here besides a lease (that could have been broken)and the fascination you must have for sharing an apartment with roaches. Hope your new apartment is everything you ever wanted.
