Move here if you want a roach haven. The bug company comes every month and every month there are more and more bugs. The air barely works and the heat is a nightmare. The workmanship is shoddy. We had a ceiling leak for months and months and finally they moved us to another apartment. Before we even got all of our stuff moved out, the roof caved in. Thank God my children were not there as it was in the middle of the living room. I would definitely not recommend this apartment complex. The playground is a joke. 4 swings that are unusable if it's rained lately as they have huge holes beneath them. The fitness room is unavailable to tenants as it's locked all the time and tenants are not given working keys. The pool is a death trap with broken concrete surrounding it and inadequate pool life saving devices. While we were there a child almost drowned while swimming unsupervised. The pool gate is "locked" but anyone with long arms can reach over said gate and unlock the door. Totally unsafe.
As for the office staff, pray you never need to interact with them. They are unwilling to help, rude and disinterested. Our neighbors' air conditioning went out and it took them threatening to move to a motel for the management to get the needed parts to repair it. As it was, they sat for 2 days in 100 degree weather with no air, just fans. This apartment is not somewhere I would ever recommend someone to move into. They will lie to get you in the door, then change things after you move in. Do not fall into this trap.
