It use to be that when you called the front office you knew that things would be handled in a quick and friendly manner, or that someone actually gave a crap, not the case anymore.

I shouldn't feel like I'm a inconvenience to the office when I call to report something important (like "Hey, could you come over here and fix the outlet box, it's visibly sparking") or damaging to the unit itself (like a leaking pipe).

Not to mention they are developing a habit of firing everyone that was worth a damn for whatever little nit picked-y reason they can come up with.

Oh and be forewarned that at the end of you're lease they will jerk your rent up 60 dollars, and you have only 3 days to get in your rent before you're slammed with a late fee, most places give you at least a week.

They don't care about you here, they really really don't...
