I have been a tenant at Ashley Woods Apt 2 years and I cannot believe I lasted this long. It would've been only a one year tenancy if I had the appropriate funds to move elsewhere at the end of my one year least. However, I have been saving since the commencement of the year and I will be leaving this hell hole as soon as my current lease expires. When I first discovered Ashley Woods, I was under the impression I was moving into a place I would enjoy and have no problems. Boy was I mistaken. Albeit, the landscaping is beautiful, the leasing officer, Ronnie Hodges, and his very small minded wife ,Gloria Hodges, make you feel like prisoners. No. I'm sorry. Let me rephrase that. The leasing officer and his racists wife, are confused with what century we are leaving in. For some reason they think its 1909...no 1809 and the non-white residents need an overseer. Or perhaps I have forgotten that the white race is the most superior of the races and that non-whites need monitoring to ensure we don't all kill each other. Guess they are just looking out for us feebleminded tenants who can't think for ourselves. They just implemnted hours for the gazebo, a common hangout spot for TENANTS. Laughable. Nowhere in my lease does it state hours for gazebo usage, therefore, this doesn't apply to me. However, when did it become the leaser's business to place there tenants on a curfew. Im pretty sure most of the residents here are over the age of 18. Therefore, passively trying to impose an implied curfew is unacceptable. There is so much more I can say about these two ppl, but I know I have to keep my review G rated. My conclusion, if one likes being watched by "big brother" and one can tolerate narrow minded ppl, then Ashley Woods is the perfect place for you.

I concur Gloria has some serious issues. I am shocked to hear that her husband works there now too.
