It took 9 months and 2 complaints to the Better Business Bureau to get our hot water heater repaired. The property is poorly maintained (the so-called controlled access gate rarely works and is simply left open). People have rammed the access gate with their cars and management could care less about having it repaired. Many residents are very noisy and have little or no respect for their neighbors. Management is horrible and virtually never responds to maintenance issues.
