The location is great. The apartments are nice. The only problem I've had is in getting the management to have maintenance work orders processed for me. I've called several times and they have yet to process any work orders that I requested. Another problem is that the management freely allows outsiders in to the pool. There is no system in place to check who's coming and going and whether they actually belong there. The term "gated community" is a joke here. Outsiders who want to come in just sit by the gate and wait for someone with a card to open the gate and then follow them inside. Regarding question 7 in the questionnaire-moving is hard because you can't drive up near the apartment to unload. Unloading is done in the parking lot and then you carry your items from there.
