I have lived here a couple months now, the gate constantly being broken is a big sore point on my list, but recieved a letter that they are fixing the gate, i guess ill believe it when i see it.

The staff here has always been cool to me, maintenance has been slow at times, but what i have found, is that it is due to the Front Office failing to report it most of the time.

The Grounds here are awesome, they take very good care of their property, the parking situation is amazing, i have never ever had to fight for a parking spot

Air Conditions need work bad, prob the single worst part of living here, is the summer gets unbearable sometimes, due to the ac not being able to keep the apartments cool. (Whether this is a AC problem or an Insulation problem, I don't know, but I hope its fixed before the heat of this summer comes

It is really quiet out here, just a couple things like lawn mowers early in the morning, and some kids that are a bit annoying. There is no sound protection in the breeze ways, you can here everything clearly that happens out there.

I would give safety 5 stars if the gate stayed working for more than 4 days a year, I pay for it, it needs to work
