We lived at Bristol Park for 1 year. Most of my neighbors were wonderful and the property is beautiful (if you don't mind being awakened by the lawn service at the crack of dawn on a Saturday morning!), but the staff made our lives a living hell!!! Any problems that were called to the attention of the staff were met with condescending attitudes and snide remarks!!! We also rented a garage where we kept our spare vehicle, and on multiple occasions we were awakened at early morning hours by the staff with complaints that our vehicle was making far too much noise, when at the time the car had not been moved/started in MONTHS! The construction of the apartments was poor (cracked baseboards, water damage to flooring, stains in the bathrooms.) Also, there were stains all over the carpets from previous residents and a lingering smell of mold/mildew/cat urine, it was disgusting to say the least. We were not permitted to inspect the property before signing the lease and once we found the problems, we were trapped! There was also a problem with vandalism in this so-called safe/gated community. Thumbs down to the hell hole known as Bristol Park! Further more, if after reading this you still decided to rent here... enjoy the bugs!!! (especially brown recluse spiders! these apartments are full of them!)

The staff that this mentions is no longer working at Bristol Park. Melissa and Selena are friendly and professional. I will agree with this reviewer that the former staff have been condescending, but not so of the current staff. Also, I totally disagree with the complaints of stains, odors or water damage in the apts.
