First of all, this website has the incorrect address for Bristol Park. It should be:

This has been a good property until WCDM Management bought it and ran off Lynn Sullivan, who was the best manager anywhere, and I have lived in dozens of apartments in the last 30 years.

When Moore & Murphey owned the property, they constantly pressure washed the buldings, decks, patios and breezeways. Even the parking areas were much cleaner. So the main culprit is the new owner - WCDM management. They seem less reluctant on improving the property and more eager to make a profit.

One person did comment on the quality of construction. There seems to be little or no insulation in the walls, and that the only reason this place has the "good cents approval" is that they installed those crappy heat pumps. Air conditioning electric rates are reasonable during the summer, but during the winter your electric "supplemental heat" kicks in 99% of the time - because heat pumps suck, literally. Heat pumps, as engineers have proven, are worthless in areas where the outside ambient winter temperature drops below 50 degrees.

Just to clarify...no one ran Lynn off. She stayed with the "new" management company and the property for two and a half years after it was purchased. She left to go to a newer property. Maybe, just maybe, she left because she had a better oportunity given to her and not because she was ran off!

(1) "because she was ran off"? ===> should be "run off" (2) "oportunity" ===> has 2 p's in it. What grammar school did you attend? K-Mart? (3) "Maybe, just maybe" is supposition (assuming you know what that means). You really don't have a clue why Lynn left. You're just guessing. (4) Why doesn't WCDM Management LLC have an operational business license on file with Bibb County?
