Hampton Park, now The Park, is under new management. They are trying to make improvements such as making the community gated and adding new plants. The insides are falling apart but the maintence staff is wonderful, within thier limitations. Gating is pointless considering the office is in the middle of the complex, and some of the units border the road. The walls are paper thin, and there needs to be a better recreation area for children as we can hear every shreak of play. On a positive note it is very convienent to shopping and the bus path. Over all this is a struggling community that admits less than desirable tenants to stay afloat and it is begining to show.
