My husband and I just bought a house and we are so excited to be getting out of here. Between the 2 of us, we have lived in 8 apartment complexes throughout the past 8 years and this is by far the worst out of all of them. This complex does need a facelift, but gating it seems ridiculous. It's almost as if they are keeping the trash in instead of gating them out. Whatever contract company was hired to ceramic tile the floors did an awful job! Grout is coming up in chunks and some of the tiles are popping up as well. There needs to be some type of noise ordinance in this complex because the tenants are very disrespectful at night. I agree with the previous reviewer that something needs to done about the play area and there needs to be designated times when the children can play. Playing in the play area at 12 AM should be banned. The office staff is rude and I hate having to speak to them because they are not friendly. The manager, Sammy, is very nice and helps out whenever he can! The maintenance men are wonderful and do a great job! However, if you are looking for a nice apartment complex, I would keep looking...don't rent here.
