Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The first year they always fix stuff....i lived there from May 2004 until May 2006. The first year was wonderful....then...all hell broke loose... They didnt want to fix anything and when they did it was broken again....closet doors needs replacing....will always come off....The so called renovations they did is a mess...Only thing good I got to say is....washer and dryer and cheap move in rate....that's why most people pick the Park & Northside.....but it wont be worth it
