THAT IS THE WORST PLACE!!!! MANAGEMENT TEAM IS RUDE!!!!! RUDEST PEOPLE!!!!! NO PARDON!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU RENT AN APARTMENT THERE!!! THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE I HAVE MOVED IN!!!!!! I USED IT ONLY ONCE, COULD NOT USE IT !!!! I COULD JUST TAN!!!!! HEALTH DEPARTMENT CLOSED IT DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS SO DIRTY....AND I BELIEVE THERE WERE SOME OTHER REASONS !!!!!! 3 APARTMENTS WERE DIRTY WHEN THEY TOOK ME TO SHOW THEM..... BUT YOU ALWAYS HOPE THAT IT WAS JUST A MISTAKE....OR WHATEVER.... I HAVE TO CALL THEM...AND CALL THEM .....SO SOMEONE COME AND FIX MY TOILETE....ENTRANCE DOOR THAT I COULD NOT OPEN OR CLOSE....BATHROOM NEEDED A MAJOR WORK...... MAKE SURE IF YOU DECIDE TO GET AN APARTMENT THERE - MAKE THEM READ THE WHOLE CONTRACT WITH YOU....AND CHECK THE DATES OF THE CONTRACT EXPIRATION AND THE RENT AMOUNT...THEY HAVE TO REDO MINE....TWICE.....TO MOVE IN....THERE I HAD TO GO BACK THERE 5 TIMES.....BECAUSE PEOPLE THERE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL.... THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU TO SIGN THE CONTRACT!!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!

YOU ARE SO RIGHT. thIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THE STAFF IS STUPID AND RUDE. THE APARTMENTS ARE OLD AND THEY SEEM TO HAVE THE WORST ODOR.. REGARDLESS OF ANY AIR FRESHNER. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU, THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE. MY CLOSETS KEPT FALLING IN ON ME. INSULATION WAS HANGING OUT OF MY WALLS AND MY THREE YEAR OLD SON CALLED IT TO MY ATTENTION. THIS REALLY PISSED ME OFF. I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS AND IT STILL TOOK WEEKS FOR THEM TO FIX!

This is the worst place that I have rented from.. I have been here only a couple of months and the management team is horrible.. you complain about the other tenants, they seem like to never address the problem... Do not get me wrong when I have a maintenance issue they are on their "toes" about that but the security is very bad.. I had to call courtesy officer 3 times about noise from the other tenants around 3 a.m. The officer called me back 1 HR LATER. You can hear everything going on upstairs and next door with the other tenants.. The management team do everything to get you moved in but they do not tell you about the other complications that you will endure once you are moved in.. When I first moved in, my apartment was very dirty and it took them a week to fix it. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.. I hate staying here and when my lease is up I refuse to stay here again EVER....Please I really advise you not to move here because YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
