Since we have got our new apartment manager, everything in the apartment complex is going way down hill. I have lived in the apartments for 2 years and was very pleased at first. Brad and Brean were very easy to talk to and very professional in everything that they did. Their residents were always their priority. Now, our new apartment manager explains to me that this is just a job and she has a family at home she has to support. She does not care about her residents. Safety issues are a big problem at North Ingle. I've had to call the police many times because strange men beat on my door at 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning. People are doing drugs on the sidewalk. It really isn't a safe environment. This property is becoming section 8 housing. I'm currently looking for a new place to live. I do not recomment anyone to move here, only to move out! Maybe Sawyer Reality will realize they have made a BIG mistake hiring this person.

I would have to agree. I have lived in the apartments four years and I feel the same way.
