Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The property is nice......even grounds.
The staff is not interested in you......I complained and even wrote a letter to the office concerning my neighbors; it's been about 5 months and the problem still exists with my neighbors.
The phone and electric wiring......everything's flipped over; the electricians were obviously not experienced in the job.
The noise......I can hear my neighbors fighting, the dogs barking, and everything else; I often just sit listening to my neighbors curse back and forth to each other.
