POTENTIAL RESIDENT - NOT!!

THESE PEOPLE SEEM TO ONLY BE CONCERNED WITH FILLING THEIR VACANT APARTMENTS.
AND THERE'S PLENTY! THEY WILL ONLY SHOW THE MODEL UNIT APARTMENT WHICH IS REALLY NICE, BUT WHEN YOU ASKED THEM TO SHOW YOU AN ACTUAL APARTMENT, THEY MAKE UP EXCUSES STATING THAT DON'T HAVE ONE TO SHOW.
THAT'S BECAUSE THEY'RE NOTHING LIKE THE MODEL.
THE MODEL HAS HARDWOOD FLOORS.
THE ACTUAL UNITS DO NOT!!! DON'T BE FOOLED.
I HAVE A FRIEND WHO LIVES THERE AND NOW SHE REGRETS MOVING IN.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE.

I just moved from Northwood and I am so glad I did. I turned in my 60 day notice and bc it was a few days earlier than my contract expired, they wanted to charge me all kinds of extra fees and not give me back my deposit. Also, I paid 2 mths rent plus a $400 pet deposit & now they are trying to say I only paid a $400 deposit and thats all I can get back. Its like living in the GHETTO!
