I was moving out of my home and renting an apartment for the first time in 15 years. A lot has changed since the last time I lived in an apartment. I looked at several places before deciding to live at Estates at Barrington Club. I have to say that the staff's willingness to go out of their way to help me was a breath of fresh air.

It was raining on the day I was looking and many places told me "We don't show apartments in the rain". The staff at Barrington not only offered to show me an apartment, they offered me a large umbrella while taking the smaller one for themselves. They never treated me as if I was an inconvenience to them. I work in a customer service related industry myself and I see poor customer service all around me. I also recognize outstanding customer service and that is what you will get at Barrington. I've lived here for about a month now and they always make a point of waiving to me and saying "hello" whenever they see me. I love it here. They have truely made my transition from a house to an apartment a pleasant experience.
