Ok, here's the lowdown.....

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
I have lived in the Spring Creek apartments for four years while in medical school, and to be honest it has been a lot better here than I could have imagined. There has been a bit of turn over since I moved in to the apartment in 2000, but they seem to attract a lot of good office staff who are willing to work with you on almost anything. The tennants are all great, with most of them being young (20's to 30's) and well behaved for the most part. There are always plenty of activities planned around the complex, such as beach parties by the pools (there are two) and Super Bowl parties. My one beef with Spring Creek is that the gate system here is quite a joke. Beyond that, it's a fantastic place to live.
