This place is great when you first move in because they want to get you in here, but once you have been here for a while they do not take care of you. They can always seem to drop the prices drastically to get people to move in, but once you are here, your rent will continually increase, and they never offer renewal specials for their current residents. I guess they do not care about taking care of the residents they have.
