My experience at CG@SC over the past year has been both wonderful and frustrating at times.
I will begin by saying the apartments are very spacious and comfortable, with large rooms and high ceilings. On that criteria the complex has done a great job. However, strong improvements is needed in the area of office management. The service promise "Service by Sundown" should actually read "Service by Sundown... Someday." There were numerous occurrences where my apartment was needing maintenance (i.e. hot water heater, replacement air filters, broken ice maker) and it took days before I could get a person to return my call and at least say they have received my request. In fact my ice maker has been broken for a month. I have found that constant complaining will at least get you some service, and I am not one who likes to complain, but come on it shouldn't take them a week to drop off a replacement air filter. I even offered to put it in myself.
The office staff has changed close to five times during my year long lease. So in the event that someone on the off chance is even in the office during posted business hours they never know how to do anything but tell you to come back.
The complex advertises a gated community, but don't expect the gates to be opening and closing. The system has never worked one day since I moved in. As a result the local community regards the pools, volley ball courts, and tennis courts as "free to use" On a hot day expect to fight for a bit of real-estate to call yours.
Of course the complex will recently be going under new management in the coming months. Although I am not familiar with the owners I am told that CG@SC will be their nicest property, and that doesn't give me much hope for improvement.
All in all, the apartments are nice. However, the office staff and maintenance records scores low in my book. If I wasn't relocating to be closer to my job I might consider renewing my lease, but they would have to give me a discounted rent.

Exactly my own experiences. The new management is not really meeting expectations.
