Office staff is very poor in communicating with residents. Items are usually fixed - on their own time schedule and without notifying you when they will be completed and when they are completed. Management does not handle neighbors who "break" the rules of the complex AT ALL. They allow neighbors to keep trash outside the door for weeks at a time in a unit that has the "showcase" apartment.
