Management is inconsistent and slow to act on requests. There is no regular enforcement of community rules as stated in the signed leases. Much can be done about communication between management and tenants. You might want to consider looking for another apartment development. Hide your valuables and any portable property in a safe place if maintenance come into perform repairs. Your cell phone might disappear and rematerialize in the hands of a maintenance worker. Some tenants have been directly affected by this problem.
