I moved in and there were a list of things that needed to be fixed. That was three months ago and the only thing to be fixed was the lighting and when I told them that it directly impacted the livablity of the place.
There was a huge trash can full of stuff sitting out front of one of the buildings that stayed there for 2 months. But what happened to me was truly shocking. My neighbors stole patio furniture from me a piece at a time and then put it where I could see it. After that, they left human waste on my patio. I called the front office once in tears and they DID NOTHING for several days. I called again when they did it again and talked directly to maintaince. It got removed, the day I moved out.
Stay the heck away from this hellhole.
