I have had some problems while living here, but it was not because of me. First the management "evicted" me b/c they claimed i did not pay rent. I had the check number showing i in fact had paid. I explained this to them, only to find an eviction notice in my door from the courts. They "found" the check and apologized, but it still is not reassuring knowing this could happen by mistake again.
Then, someone threw a beer bottle in my car's back windshield late one Thursday night. I called to let the managment know, in case this had been happening to other cars as well. Not their fault, but still an inconvience to me and the gates probably were not working at the time. the gates have worked 2 times in the 3 years i have lived there. They keep sending around notices saying they will be working in a few weeks. they never are and anyone can just drive up into the complex.
Noise has not been a problem for me, but I am not in a part of the complex that has been known for noise.
The management has changed hands numerous times since i have been there, and that should tell you something before deciding to move here. And they do not seem to know what is going on if you go to them with a question or problem about anything.
The above mentioned problems happened a year or two ago, so currently nothing major has happened to make me rethink my leasing decisions.
