The Management Stinks!

The management of Falls @ Spring Creek is horrible! I have been living here for 2.5 years and there have been at least 4 management changes during my tenure. The current manager is rude.
The toilet in my guest bedroom hasn't been working for five months! I put in a repair request in February and it has yet to be repaired.
The landscaping in my "zone" has gone downhill. The gates to the back pool are broken and there's noise coming from the pool area at ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT!
I recommended the place to a friend and when it came time to collect on the referral fee, they didn't notify me. I had to inquire about it and learned that they had given me "credit"...which didn't add up to the amount promised.
My lease is up in eight months. Hopefully my company will transfer me by the end of the summer so I can escape this asylum!
