All I can honestly say is these people and this apt complex are a JOKE!! Turnover and shady leases are the norm here. Beware of 60 day notice to renew, I gave 45 day notice and they told eveything was OK....Then I get a notice 60 days later saying I "owed them $650" for not giving 60 days notice that I was not renewing my lease. I had already lived there for 18 months!! I have lived in Austin Chase and Rivoli Run in Macon and they were GREAT.....Do yourself a favor and STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS -------- AS POSSIBLE....!!
