I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years - from 2003 to 2005 when it was named Colonial Grand at Spring Creek. I figured since the name change, the management may have changed and gotten better. After reading these other reviews, I can tell things are still the same. The gates NEVER worked the entire time I was there. Oh wait, they did work this one time - and management failed to let us know that they would be suddenly operating again, so I, along with several others, got locked out of the apartment complex -well, I was locked out until I found a grassy piece of land next to the clubhouse to just drive over - that actually gave me some satisfaction.

THe maintenance was horrible. It would take about 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get anything fixed. Even when my air conditioning went out in the middle of the summer, it took about 5 days to fix it. My ice maker in the refrigerator never worked. I also had an interesting neighbor who locked her teen son out of the apartment - the son started banging on the door in the middle of the night and crying to be let in. And then there was the woman across the way that started throwing things off of her balcony and yelling - I think she had just had a fight with her husband.

Writing this review really brings back some memories. Haha. I would have moved, but I was in school and studying most of the time anyways, so I just put up with all the annoyances.
