I have been staying at Manchester for almost a year now and I love it! I love the office staff and anytime I have an apartment issue I can count on the maintenance guys to take care of it. Don't believe all the bad things you read, those are normally the tenants who can't follow the rules or pay their rent on time. I love Holly, Heather, Vacara, and Ken!!!!
