Actually Rating Nearby Harmony Grove... - ...which doesn´t have its own link, but deserves my review. I lived there for 5 years, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is low-income housing, but not Section 8...a different program, ran by the State of Georgia. The only reason I moved out of there is, I made too much money to stay...I´d still be there, otherwise. NOT A NICE PLACE TO LIVE - I would never, ever look at another First Communities property. Rating of 5? Glad we left - This is not a luxuary apartment to get a rating of 5 from reviews, I can tell by reading all notes that the rating of 5 is either fake or written by same Manager who has made residents life like hell. Lived there and it had its problems - (Small claim to faim is actress Julia Roberts shared an apartment with a friend that worked at American Pie years ago)...... Never okay - This place has it's pros and cons.
