Good Location, good size unit and quiet - I;ve lived here since 2007. Seems like they're improving/updating but they need to update the hallways and some other areas. Anyway, my unit is a good size, has new washer and dryer and the laundry room is away from the living room and bedrooms so you can't hear the washer and dryer when running.
