To whomever wrote "Response" dated July 3, 2004:
You wrote, "As far as the managment team is concerned they have to up hold the rules and regulations of their company or subject to loose their jobs and they have to take care of themselves as well as their families."
How do you justify poor to no maintenance, unkept grounds, graffiti, broken appliances such as the washer and dryers and rampant crime with this statement' Are they specifically being told by Corporate to not fix light fixtures, disregard broken machines, leave the graffiti and pretend there is no crime' Does making an attempt mean they'll lose their jobs' Yes, the tenants themselves create these problems. Evict the miscreants and vandals and offer too-good-to-turn-down-deals to decent tenants.
Everything can be handled by a good Property Manager who knows what she/he's doing.
