Ok for the money

Spectrum pointe is a good place to live for the price that it comes for.The location is very convenient ,mins from I-75 ,windy hill,powers ferry road.
The only bad thing abt the place is the pond which breed mosquitoes in the summer months.
The maintenance staff is good and responsive.
