This place is the most disgusting apt. complex ever. I would rather live in the streets then at Spectrum Pointe, at least there are less bugs outside. Inside of the apts. are in crappy condition, most things dont work. They say the spray for bugs, but I think they spray sugar and water or something, cuz the bugs are worse after they spray!! All the people who live here are illegal immigrants, which makes it hell for a girl to walk outside!! Way to much money for what u get, which is nothing! Do not live here!

I think your "illegal immigrant" comment speaks to your credibility. Maybe the roaches won't leave your apartment because they think you're trash, as demonstrated by your eloquent testimonial. See, some of us "immigrants" have a vocabulary. I hope you move, I feel dirty having you as a neighbor.
