Depends on a lot

Spectrum Point has been my first apartment. The size of the apartment is pretty good for the amount being paid. On the other hand I was supposed to have an accent wall painted and the people that were supposed to work on that took forever, to finnish painting that wall and I was tired of taking time off of work to wait for the painter to come in. Finally the wall was done but the excess paint on the other walls that should have been painted over is still there. The balcony was supposed to be painted but still is not and my lease will be up in about 3 months. This apartment is good for someone that is not very picky about their living arrangements. I never got to see my apartment before moving into it, so I didn't know about the pest problem nor the strange smell left behind by the former occupants luckily after living there for about 2 months and several glade pluggins later the smell is gone.I don't want to blame anybody, Kim the property manager is pretty good most times but seems to be very disorganised, if I need anything I have to remind her or keep calling the office several times otherwise nothing will be done.
