I see a lot of comments from a long time ago. I was wondering what it's like to live there now.

We have been here for the last two years, and I can honestly say that it has gone down hill. They have continued to make promises and break them. The pest control is still an issue. Nothing is fixed in the apartment since the complaints we had when first moving in, and it has just gotten worse. They tend to put it all off on Aimco and due to that we will never look at another Aimco property again. I would highly reccommend looking elsewhere which we are currently doing ourselves.
