I only lived at Arlington Park for less than 90 days and that was enough! Serious roach problem - even though they sprayed - the roaches kept coming back the next day! Serious noise problem. No privacy and you can hear everything! Apartments are falling apart - I almost had the upstairs apartment come through my bathroom after a huge leak that would not stop. The ceiling plaster would fall off in the bathroom if they were ever in the bathroom upstairs. Serious crime -- not attracting the cream of the crop. I rented there because I was in town for business and the time was not short enough! The outdoor light to the apartment would go out every weekend and you could not see anything. NOT SAFE AT ALL! I slept with mace and a knife next to my bed every night! AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COST!! THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER CHOICES IN ATLANTA -- DO NOT MAKE THIS APARTMENT YOUR CHOICE! Also, new management is a joke -- as well as the "renovations" that they are making. UGH! TERRIBLE!
