Ok Place to be

I recently went to view the property and found it to be just as there property website displayed it. The kitchens and bathrooms have all been remodeled and look great. The apartment by no means is on the high end of upscale. However, for the price it has value worth while. In shopping the other properties around the area I found this to be the best value for the price, considering its age. The renovations are looking great although who ever decided on the two tone gray siding made a bad choice. It makes the property look cheap although the insides look great with the renovations. The management seems to be in renovation mode and are waiting on a lot of things to happen. The grounds need to be maintained a little better even though the property is going through a renovation. The covered parking seems to an extra value. I would also suggest to increase the curb appeal to remove and update the black iron walking rails and posts. They make the property look somewhat like a substandard community again taking away from the beauty of the upgrades on the inside.
